About us
Villa Borri, 4-star apartments located in a restored 18th-century farmhouse, is ready to welcome you to the heart of Casciana Terme.
The property consists of six ancient buildings with a large park surrounded by greenery where the statues of the Borri family, lords of the town and former owners of the farmhouse, stand out.

Where we are
Casciana Terme is an ancient spa town in the province of Pisa, located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.
Its history is closely linked to the therapeutic properties of the waters that flow there, giving rise to the thermal baths. Its origins date back to the Etruscan period as per recent archaeological findings.
Casciana Terme will welcome and overwhelm you. Here time flows slowly. As you walk along the tree-lined streets a sweet scent envelops you, reminding you of home, family, good wine enjoyed with friends, and Tuscan traditions.
The apartements
The 20 accommodations are furnished in a style that reflects the nobility of its origins, with wooden furniture and beautiful ceilings with exposed beams and bricks, terracotta tiles and fine curtains to enjoy all the comfort you need during your vacation.
All rooms have air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with stove top, 32″ TV, bathroom with shower stall.
Accommodations are suitable for all types of travelers: singles, couples, groups and families!

Particularly suitable for single travelers and couples.
Equipped with every comfort, they still reflect the original features of the old 18th-century farmhouse, some with high beamed or arched brick ceilings and some with terracotta floors. Finely furnished in typical Tuscan style, they have a living room with equipped kitchen and double bed, bathroom with shower stall and bidet, tea and coffee maker, A/C, and garden view.
It can accomodate maximum 2 people.

Two-room apartments
Especially suitable for couples and families.
Equipped with a private entrance, these air-conditioned apartments feature 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower and bidet. Meals can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a stovetop, refrigerator, cooking utensils and an oven.
The rustic Tuscan-style apartments feature tiled floors, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, a dining area, and garden views.
Accomodations can sleep up to 5 people.

Especially suitable for large families and groups of friends
Equipped with a private entrance, these rustic Tuscan-style air-conditioned apartments feature 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with shower and bidet. In the kitchen, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, cooking utensils and an oven. The spacious apartment features a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, seating area, dining area and garden view.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
